기기 안에 남는 정보
비상안내에는 회원가입, 광고, 이용 기록 수집 기능이 없습니다. 준비물, 가족 약속, 저장한 대피시설과 표시 설정은 이 기기에 저장합니다. 가족 계획을 가져오면 교체 전 약속의 복원본도 기기에 보관합니다. 앱 운영자는 이 기록을 수집하지 않으며, 가족의 기기나 클라우드로 자동 전송하거나 동기화하지 않습니다.
가족 계획 파일
‘파일 보내기’를 선택하면 입력한 연락처, 만남 장소 메모, 연락 두절 시 약속, 돌봄 담당, 추가 메모와 약속 수정일·파일 작성일을 파일에 담습니다. 이전 버전에서 지도에 연결했던 장소 정보는 가져올 때 메모로 옮겨집니다.
파일을 보낼 앱과 받을 사람, 저장 위치는 사용자가 선택합니다. 선택한 앱이나 저장 서비스가 파일을 처리하며 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 파일을 받은 사람은 내용을 읽고 보관할 수 있습니다.
‘파일 가져오기’에서는 선택한 파일을 읽고 변경 내용을 표시합니다. 저장을 선택해야 기존 가족 약속을 교체합니다. 준비물, 저장한 대피시설과 표시 설정은 유지됩니다.
위치와 지도
‘내 위치로 찾기’를 누르면 위치를 요청하고 주변 시설까지의 직선거리를 기기 안에서 계산합니다. 이동 경로를 보관하거나 현재 위치를 지도 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 가족의 만남 장소는 메모로 기록하며 위치 권한을 사용하지 않습니다. 위치 권한을 거부해도 시설 검색과 지도 열람을 사용할 수 있습니다.
기록 지우기
‘이 기기의 기록 지우기’를 누르고 확인하면 앱에 저장한 가족 약속과 복원본, 준비물, 대피시설 저장과 표시 설정이 지워집니다. 이미 내보내거나 다른 사람에게 보낸 파일은 삭제되지 않습니다. 해당 파일은 보관한 앱이나 저장 위치에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다. 위치 권한은 운영체제 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
웹페이지를 방문할 때
앱에 들어 있는 안내와 지도는 외부 웹 접속 없이 읽습니다. 브라우저에서 이 정책을 온라인으로 열면 호스팅 제공자가 페이지 전달과 보안을 위해 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 정책 페이지에는 별도의 분석 스크립트나 입력 양식을 넣지 않았습니다.

Field Guide privacy policy
On-device records
The app has no account, ads or usage tracking. Supplies, family plans, saved shelters and display settings are stored on this device. Importing a family plan also keeps an on-device copy of the previous plan for restoration. The app operator does not collect these records. The app does not automatically send or synchronize them with family members' devices or cloud services.
Family plan files
Choosing “Send file” creates a file containing the contacts, meeting-place notes, communication plan, care assignments and notes you entered, together with the plan's modification date and the file creation date. Linked place information from older files is converted into notes when imported.
You choose the destination app, recipients or storage location. The selected app or storage service handles the file under its own privacy policy. Anyone receiving the file can read and retain its contents.
“Import file” reads the selected file and shows the changes. Your current family plan is replaced only when you choose to save. Supplies, saved shelters and display settings remain unchanged.
Location and maps
The location button requests your position and calculates straight-line distances to nearby facilities on the device. The app does not retain your movement history or send your current position to a map server. Family meeting places are written as notes and do not use location permission. Facility search and map viewing work without location permission.
Deletion
Choose the option to erase on-device records and confirm to delete family plans and their restoration copy, supplies, saved shelters and display settings. This does not delete files already exported or sent to others. Delete those files separately in the app or location where they are stored. Location permission can be withdrawn in system settings.
Public website
Reading the bundled guide and map requires no web connection. Visiting the public policy page in a browser can expose connection information, including an IP address, to the hosting provider for delivery and security. This page has no analytics scripts or forms.
